Description

Jivamrit's Organic Jaggery Cube is made from organic sugarcane cultivated responsibly by the farmers of our farmer producer organization.

Our Process: Organic sugarcane juice is boiled till thick and clarified using wild okra to remove impurities. The clarified juice is  thickened till it reaches a semi-solid state.  after that it cuts into Cube shape. All the molasses is retained in this process giving
it a distinctive texture, full-bodied flavour and aroma!
